Terms
Customer terms
These terms cover using Monsel: Monsel Studio, the Monsel Agent Orchestrator and the Marketplace. They apply when you sign in, and to every workspace you own or belong to.
Last updated: October 2026.
Who you are agreeing with
Monsel is provided by Amialo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13170532. In these terms "we" means Amialo Ltd and "you" means the person who signs in and, where you use Monsel for a business, that business as well. Contact hello@monsel.ai.
Who can use Monsel
- Monsel is for businesses and for people aged 18 or over. Do not use it if you are under 18.
- While Monsel is in beta, new accounts are by invitation. If you are not invited yet, you can join the waiting list.
- If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for it.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you own, including what the people you invite do there.
Monsel is in beta
Monsel is still being built. We add, change and sometimes remove features. When a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you first. We work to keep Monsel running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Plans
- Every account starts on the free plan. Paid plans can be bought monthly or yearly. The price, and what each plan includes, are shown on the Plan page in Studio before you pay.
- A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. We charge the card you gave at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage or cancel on the Plan page. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. We do not refund the rest of a period you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it still fails, the plan is cancelled and your account moves to the free plan.
- We may change plan prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
- Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. If you are over the new plan's limits, your newest workspaces are paused until you are within them. Paused agents stay paused until you resume them.
- Prices are shown before tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, you also have the rights consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
Credits
- Credits pay for AI that runs on our account, and for storage over your plan's allowance. One credit is one US cent of what the AI company charges for that use, at its list price. The price of a credit pack, which includes our margin, is shown before you pay.
- New accounts get 200 free credits. You can buy more at any time.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open. They are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside Monsel or refunded, unless the law requires it.
- A run is charged after it finishes, so a long run can take your balance below zero. When the balance is at or below zero, new runs wait until you add credits. Anything below zero is taken from your next purchase.
- When you use your own AI account or subscription, the AI company bills you directly and no credits are used for that work.
Your content
Your content is what you and your agents put into Monsel: documents, notes, skills, agent settings, conversations and files. It stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the services Monsel needs to do what you ask, such as the AI model your agent uses, and for nothing else. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You confirm you have the right to put your content into Monsel and to have it processed this way, including any personal data about other people. How we handle personal data is on the privacy page.
Your agents
- You decide what each agent does, what it can read and use, and what waits for your approval. You are responsible for what your agents send and do for you.
- AI can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it, and use approvals for anything that goes to a customer, costs money or cannot be undone.
- When an agent messages people for you, by WhatsApp, Telegram, email, X or web chat, you need their permission where the law requires it, and you must follow that service's own rules. Those services' terms apply alongside ours.
- If you connect your own AI account, your use of it is also covered by that AI company's terms.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or help anyone else to, including sending spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
- Upload or publish anything you do not have the right to, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use Monsel to harass, deceive or harm people, or to pretend to be someone you are not.
- Try to get into accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, test our security without our written agreement, or disrupt the service.
- Copy, resell or rebuild Monsel itself, or get round the limits of your plan.
The Marketplace
The Marketplace is where one workspace publishes agents for other workspaces to install.
- If you publish, you confirm you have the right to share what you publish and that its description is accurate. Publishing is on paid plans. A listing with a price must first pass our certification. Prices are in credits.
- When someone buys your listing, the full price is held for 7 days and then added to your workspace as credits. Marketplace earnings are credits, not money, and cannot be paid out.
- If you install, the agent arrives paused, so you can check it before it runs. It runs with what you give it, and you are responsible for turning it on. If an install fails, the price is returned to you.
- If something you bought is not as described, email support@monsel.ai. If we agree, we return the credits and take them back from the seller.
- We may remove a listing that breaks these terms.
Reporting content that infringes your rights
If you believe something on Monsel, such as a Marketplace listing, infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@monsel.ai with: what the content is and where it is, what right you believe it infringes, and your name and contact details. We look at every report promptly and remove or disable content where that is right. We may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly. The person who published the content can reply to the report, and we consider what they say.
Our part
Monsel, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to Amialo Ltd. These terms give you the right to use it while your account is open. Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve Monsel.
Suspending or ending an account
- You can stop using Monsel at any time. Cancel any paid plan first, from Manage or cancel, then delete your account in Studio.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or Monsel at risk, or is not paid for. Where it is reasonable, we warn you first and give you time to put it right.
- We may stop providing Monsel altogether. If we do, we tell you at least 30 days before, and give you time to export your content.
Deleting content and accounts
- A deleted document can be restored for 3 days, then it is gone for good.
- A workspace owner can delete a workspace. It can be restored for 7 days, then everything in it is deleted.
- You can delete your account in Studio. It can be restored for 7 days, then it is deleted, together with any workspace where you are the only member.
- We keep billing records, such as what each AI call cost, after deletion, because the law requires us to keep accounting records.
Liability
We provide Monsel with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, it is provided as it is.
We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any loss we could not reasonably have foreseen. We are not responsible for what your agents do with the access you give them, for content from AI models, or for services we do not run, such as AI companies and messaging apps.
Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months, or £100 if that is more.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
If we make a change that matters, we email account owners at least 30 days before it applies. Smaller changes, such as clearer wording, take effect when the date at the top changes. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel and stop using Monsel before it applies.
Law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
